At YORIENN, we bring the best of Korea’s culinary past and present together - a concept was born for a "NEW-TRO" restaurant meaning "New & Retro" where you can experience and enjoy both Modern and Traditional/Authentic K Food.

Our story began with a love for Korean Fried Chicken and started with the name "CHIVAGO" - CHI "치킨" - meaning CHICKEN, VA "바삭하고" for Crunchy, and GO "고소한" meaning Tasty or Nutty. Put together CHIVAGO - was short for Crunchy Tasty Chicken.

But we dreamed bigger. We wanted to create a place where people could enjoy more than just chicken, a place to savor the full spectrum of Korean cuisine.

That vision gave birth to YORIENN, inspired by the word “yori” (요리), meaning cuisine—a reflection of food crafted with care and creativity. Combined with our roots in a Modern K food phenomenon - Korean Fried Chicken.
